The customer remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissibility of all campaign content, pricing, sponsor claims, and settlement of any applicable taxes. Marquee is not a broker, marketplace agent, or financial intermediary for the customer's sponsorship sales unless expressly agreed in writing.
